Seems there's no bug to be seen on my part. I don't know why yours would act like that though, it's unorthodox. Maybe you should've waited until you can move? Cuz sometimes the game buffers if you're running other programs. o.O

O.o that's a really weird bug. I dunno what's the cause of that right now but I'll look into it when I get on my PC tomorrow. But just to make sure, download the patch again and replace everything with the files in the patch folder cuz I recall doing a ninja edit in my post.

That's intentional. Max number of party members are normally 3, but at special occasions, you are required to only have one partner. The fourth spot is only for "Guest" Party members who may join you within the story and then leave later on.

FFFUUUU I also found so many bugs too so I'm sorry for those. I made a patch to fix everything up (Hopefully everything) so here's the link:
