Why Plagiarism Matters
Don't make such blanket statements as "nobody gives a shit" because you can bet I do. =)
As someone who is venturing into the realm of commercial game creation, it is pretty disheartening to me that people have no shame in taking the resources I own. I poured my blood, sweat, and tears into a project. I paid thousands of dollars for audio and video resources which are stolen without a second thought and plugged into some hacked together RPG and uploaded to this site. Wow, good thing you aren't selling it! That somehow makes the situation better!
And Fair Use does not cover something just because it is not being sold.

There is no reason for this article to be a defensive post about recent actions, as the "recent actions" were 100% my responsibility. No need for McDohl to try and justify my actions.
