So what happened
The server looks as though it was shut down. Reasons as to why could be many. Datacenter upgrades, downtimes, problems, etc.
We are getting in contact with the corporate entity to see if we can find out what is going on and conditions.
There is also no plan B. The site is pretty heavy for the amount of fundage it brings in per month.

How can I change the color of my name on this site?
The Iraq War is officially over.
Well we managed to go in there, blow the shit out of their infrastructure, but then realized we kind of needed that if we wanted to setup shop there.
My brother was in the marines and was part of the first batch of marines to go in after 9/11. He was on a ship in the Indian Ocean when it happened. For Afghanistan, he felt pretty justified in our actions there.
He did not have that same feeling when he was sent to Iraq. It always seemed like such a con to go in there. It was totally an invasion and a poorly ran one at that.
Glad it's finally over with.

Upcoming RMN Update
Update on the update!
I am probably about 90% done with the things I wanted to have. The update won't be happening until next week, as I am going out of town this weekend.
Few things I've done so far:
-Converted forum and comment systems into a single unified "post" system. You can easily see where ANY activity is bubbling up on the site now. I will probably do some aggregating stuff to show popular topics. Topics in this case are forum topics, games, images, podcasts, etc.
-Cleaned up game tags so it's easy to pick genre and "flavor" tags. It works way better.
-Added an additional customization to game profiles that should please a lot of people!
-Other junk

I'm sorry that I felt an action RPG written in a custom engine and recently completed was deserving enough to be pinned on the frontpage. I'll make sure I only pin 10 minute long RM2k3 games with awesome SNES rips.
