Moving Clouds, etc in RPG Maker 2003?
People always forget about the "Parallel Processes" they have already made... In this case, the picture constantly being set back to the same place so it can't move. More often is the case when people add a "Tint Screen" command and wonder, "WHY ISN'T THIS WORKING!" only to find out about half an hour later they had another command tinting the screen to 0 , 0 , 0. (Yes, this happened to me...)

It's an interesting concept. It could be very useful for RM2K3 game developers. I personally use XP though, Unfortunately, the change tileset command was removed for this Maker, and it bugs me from time to time as it could be useful for things just like this. (There are however other ways to get around the change tileset command missing...)
Whatchu Workin' On? Tell us!
Workin' on my new bullet system in RMXP currently. It has an ammo bar at the bottom, that can only reload up to the amount of bullets you have, it displays how many bullets you have, and it counts down as you shoot them. Has cool sound effects... And the bullets actually effect the enemies... I'm not good at explaining things by typing so maybe I'll release a demo or something.
