The link on install instructions is specifically made for Japanese version one.

If the dev contact is as hard as Spiegel Ei's dev, the game is better off left untranslated.

Right now, the devs are open to all language translations. I've seen the Russian and Chinese versions as well up till now. :)
Btw will you translate other japanese games, such as Danse Macabre, Garekki no Majo or Beru to Okashi no Ie? Just if you're interested ofc!
I don't think the dev of "Danse Macabre" and "Berl and the Candy House" allows the translation of their game, if they do, you'd seen the translation already a long time ago by VGperson instead.
I'm not sure about whether Rubble Witch's dev allows translation or not. I'll try asking the dev first.

hi, tysm for translating this game.
this is the best rpgmaker game i've ever played.
but it seems that many youtubers are stuck on (part 5) because they got stabbed by "Shiki" and then cannot grab "???" hand. and when they dies the clues is kinda confusing. it says to go to "Ruins of Tears" before Ururu is forgotten. they thought it's the Ruins of Tears from (part 1) and they go repeated whole (part 1) and just stuck there because of confusion. because the forest on (part 5) is named "Ruins of Tears" and the place on (part 1) is also "Ruins of Tears"
for those who stuck there, the solution is just don't interact with anything after the game forced you to do a data save on (part 4). just go out from the building and then go straight to the forest entrance above. you should be able to progress. because on that moment if you interact with someone, Ururu will be forgotten by everyone and ended getting stabbed by "Shiki"

I just finished this game, and it is amazing! The story is superb, and the play element, while is lacking, is truly unique and satisfying.
I want to ask regarding the game ending,Is there no Good/happy end, but only the End? It is strange to me that while Shiki is not saved, she still appears as future reincarnation

No, they're all saved. Remember how the God-Unraveling Ritual work. God needed human hands to sever their bonds with humans. "By pulling God's hand" doesn't mean 'pulling', it can also be meant pushing, as long as they hold God's hand. In the last scene, Ururu used all her last strength to push Shiki while holding her hands before dying of blood loss. So, Shiki is saved despite being 'forced'. It is also iconic since Shiki does the same to Ururu when she's still a God.

This game is truly a hidden gem with its unique storytelling and mechanics. The art and music make it even more glorious. It is so interesting that I decided to translate it into my mother language (my first RPG Maker translation). I translated from the Japanese version and used your first translation as reference. I also published my translation on a FB group in Oct 2021 too. Thank you for your awesome work!

Both this game and FlareBlitz are hidden gems that need more attention. It's too bad FlareBlitz is quitting YouTube, but if it makes his life better then that's okay.
