Professor McLogic Saves the Day
Hi! I just played Prof. Layton and the Curious Village so this games looks very interesting. I might offer to beta test this in the summer but not right now as I got my exams. Keep up the good work!

I really don't like all the chanelling stuff. Yeah maybe in the first one it's okay but it gets quite ridiculous but I guess it's just a game...
Apollo Justice was a bit disappointing for me. As you said, PW played a large part in the story plot but I wanted it to be focused in on Apollo but I guess Capcom wanted continuity rather than something fresh. One thing I did like was the whole 3D inspection thing but to be honest, the ending was a bit naff.
What do you make of the chances of a second Apollo game? I reckon it's highly likely but I really want PW to be cast in the shadows and let Apollo take center stage. Gavin was pretty awesome though, much more tolerable than that German girl.

I used it to take a new screen of my world map (it ended up being >100Mb!!).
Are you serious!? That's way too big, it's like lemme see:
100/1000 x 100 = 10%
It's like OMG 10% of my HD!
EDIT: No wait...my HD is 10GB so that's a gain of 10.

I noticed a lot of games aren't factory sealed anymore (HMV) but I always make sure they put a game inside the case. Good thing your game shop is replacing your copy. I know I'd never get it as they'll just think I've replaced it with a blank disc.

List of great patches for RM2000/2003
No 7 might be very useful to me and others. Just a question, does the program auto-correct any positioning problems with the font characters? I did this manually and had to manually do it but it took a while to do so this will save a lot of headache-filled hours.

What we did horribly on our first games.
My first game was a random do-the-story-as-you-make-the-game thing and it's still on my HD. It never lasted to the end due to a terrible story plot but I felt it was a good accomplishment of what I knew back then with RPGmaker 2k. I wish I could say I know a lot more now but I'll struggle. I reckon people's first games are really just a testing ground for implementing all those neat systems and stuff.
