That, and you have quite some wasted space to the right of the text box too. The whole message could fit very well in only two lines. Always remember to use all the space you have available, 'Luchi', it counts for presentation. =P

I like the first edit to an extent. The use of some desaturated colors can help to break the otherwise chromatic monotony of the tiles. =P

I think the textures look a bit noisy. They look like done with a clumsy dithering technique or something. But hey, at least is not pillow-shading, right? Heh; ...Just try to tone that down a bit. Use less pixels placed at random, and maybe less number of colors too.
The choice of color is also rather poor. In cases, it's difficult to tell some tiles from others. (The handrails from the ground above, for example.) And in others the high contrast between colors is too noticeable. (The bottom of the walls and the ground from below. Or just the difference between both grounds) ...Try to chose color that go better with each other, and help the player know what is what and where can he go.

What is all the space between the icons to the left and the Active weapon for? To display the bosses' HP, perhaps? It feels like there should be something there... Actually, I think it may be a bad call for the Active weapon to be so tiny and apart from everything else. After all, the first and most important thing I'd like to know is what weapon I have equipped and how much ammo I have left. And it would be easier for the eye if everything would be on the same side of the screen.
