No I meant if he made a blog post or just said like his yes I know its been over a year since i mentioned anything about this game just wanted to let you know what I've done...or hey sorry I was on the moon, back now gonna get lotsa of stuff done...or if he has stopped working on the game please mark it as cancelled.

Well it does look awesome but the fact that the last activity (other than you) was over a year ago does not bode well.

I don't get why devs are insisting on changing genre/styles of existing franchises...you cant say its brand power becuase more often than not its going to piss off the fans, people who dislike the original BOF series aren't going to try the new one and people who never heard of the title will be unaffected...there's no positives here. Let's go through the recent list of changes

- X-Com: SRPG -> Shooter + Outcry = Back to SRPG = Massive sales
- Front Mission: SRPG -> Action Mech shooter similar to armored core -> terrible sales
- Kingdom Hearts: Anything not KH3 except KH3D -> Terrible sales
- Various FF remakes on DS -> New artists make annoying 64-quailty 3D with chibi like art style = Terrible Resale
- Various FF Remakes on PSP -> Ignoring the much lower install base of PSP these versions of FF remakes were mostly cleaned of versions of the games keeping the 8/16-bit style and sold much better

You think companies would have analysts that would be like..uh boss doing stuff that will upset our customers will make us lose money...If I told one of my customers at my ice cream store "Frozen Treats r' Us"...no fuck you I sell hot dogs now go get your ice cream elsewhere...guess what there gonna do exactly that.

Also I hate the BS about "Oh were putting it on Virtual Console to judge sales" no that's useless the majority of people who are looking for a sequel already have the game and we all know your only saying to boost sales of a game you did no work to release.

Hmmm...I just realized I didn't actually comment on the picture.

I LOVE this kinda of stuff as long as its not mandatory..sometimes I'll spend hours in game just reading through this stuff. A Journal like section would be cool too it helps remind people what they were doing last time they played

Oh and please do me a favor..do NOT script in a "New!" function where if there's a new entry in the log its flashing or even just appears beside "compendium" or w/e in the menu it drives me nuts as I'll feel compelled to clear that out any time it happens...thats a personal issue though so you know just a request :)
