When I get the dragon gem, starts an infinite loop telling me that now I have access to the dragon art fire dragon at level 40. Than I cannot continue with th game

help pls.
After getting the ice shard I must run away but when i get o the end (many stairs in bottom line, the secuence repeats indfinitely from the beginning of the escape an i can never return out of cavern.

I'm an arthritic rpg games fan (78 years old). I am stuck in frozen caverns in the 3 switches puzzles. After 3 hours of trying i must ask for help. LOVE THE GAME!!!

In the ancient mines there is a temple thet requires a key.
In lava cavern there is, right of entrance a chest inaccesible

I found 1 piece of crest at the entrance of vulcano ?where is the other one?.
I cannot find the key in the sewer in door protected by king soldiers.
