Dragon Warrior IV: Renaissance
I haven't played Dragon Quest 4 all the way through, but the game seems really great.

The best modern RPG Maker games?
You could always try out my own production, Takuto...Even though it's all storyboards right now.....

You could try Ara Fell if you haven't already or The Philosophers Stone...
But a lot of the games that have amazingly good graphics have extremely low hours of gameplay, if even 10 minutes.

If something says "60-70+ hours" I think it's great, actually. It shows a lot of ambition.
On the other hand if 65 of those hours is gameplay, which almost HAS to most likely be the case with an indie game....I don't know....
Cutscenes in RPG Maker take a LOT of time to make with only one person. It would take a team of at least 12 to crank out 10 hours of cutscene, even.
Running around towns/mazes would be the other way to make it longer, which might not be so enjoyable.

Takuto OST 1 Lite - Including 3 bonus tracks from Bleach, Eureka 7 and Princess Mononoke
Of all my years composing, this is my very first full album release. I always wanted to compose for an epic video game or anime-like project, so making my own was really the only path I could think of. There will be much more to come in the future, as there are certain melodies I can't wait to get to.
It's not the BEST OF THE BEST, but I do believe that you will find many things to enjoy if you give it a fair chance. =)
About the Album:
Takuto OST 1 Lite is the free version of the Original Soundtrack to the Indie Anime Series (even though it's all storyboards) "Takuto". A couple notes:
- Shorter songs and lower bitrate to make it compact/easily-downloadable
- Includes 37. Fighting which you will NOT find on the commercial Album, due to copyright laws.
- Includes 3 bonus tracks that I won't be able to sell... from Princess Mononoke, Eureka 7, and Bleach
- Includes Iris Wisterias rendition of "Nature" (the ending theme for the first 6 episodes)
