New problem: Been required by school to join the global game jam 2017... Don't have any team to form nor anyone I know to join in a group... Now the problem is find a group or gone Lone wolf.

yeah I already found out and downloaded it. Got the free Celebi and try to transfer all my Black 2 and White game Pokemon.
(Hopefully that Philippines first Pokemon distribution event Mewtwo will go through. Since IDK if the English Pokemon name and Japanese OT will cause something bad to happened.)

Well got a response he say he sent my e-mail every 2 week (Wait what?) and I check all my e-mail addresses every day. I don't know what to do at this point and I don't understand I used the same USERNAME everywhere and he say he don't know me...

OK, what I don't is what's "humiliating" about not knowing about it? It doesn't seem to be your fault.
Have you considered tweeting him? That'll cause him to respond @ least with some sort of excuse (or more likely own up to his promised giveaway) or disappear from the Internet altogether (which is HIGHLY unlikely, since some people are shameless).
I already done a mass communication to him (Sent a message to twitter, Steam, Etc...) And his last tweet is October 29 and his steam 3 day ago so he cannot get out of this one.

No e-mail or anything I already check and I also set for it to not delete any e-mail and accept any e-mail that I received (Including spam) But I didn't herd the word of the second winner.
I don't really know what the heck that happened. If I herd that the second winner also didn't received a prize I suspected a fraud.
The game that I'm hoping for is "legend of heroes trails in the sky" (Steam version) (He say any games) Which it will be release in Winter 2013 and there is no indication of any deadline on when to pick. So I hope this will be fix. I already found his steam account and he is online 3 days ago so he is still active and there is currently no complains from others about the past giveaway.
If it a fraud I have the right to report it to their giveaway provider Rafflecopter right? And there is no announcement that I didn't have the time to contact him.
But good thing this is the third winning in a row. First from other sites Won 2 game already without losing (You can see there is an additional 2 new games on my account).
