is there a script that shows how much damage an actor took?

i mean,if there's an enemy damage pop up, why not an actor damage pop up? for example, when you attack an enemy, its damage being taking from actor shows up, but i want it in reverse

im tyring to upload my game,but i honestly dont see any way how to,i even click downloads,and it says none available,all i got to do was make a description and put pictures on,it never asked for the game file, i have it, but i dont know how to put it on/upload it,what on earth do i do???????
