In Missiissiisppiisiisipi, there was a bill tabled (or brought up or something) that proposed to ban restaurants from serving fat or obese people. Wow.

Can you believe that someone came up with such a stupid idea?

Actually as a tax-paying American whose contributions to the social welfare system are completely squandered by poor people who get extremely fat and then end up in the emergency room from diseases caused by obesity I don't think this is a stupid idea at all. There are rare exceptions where people get morbidly obese for reasons outside of their control (like some people have defective glands or whatever) but it's pretty ridiculous that in the last few years fat spoiled children have been developing adult onset diabetes. I think society should stop putting in wider chairs in movie theaters and shit like that and making concessions to a slim minority of people that completely ruin their bodies for absolutely no good reason.

I grew up in a rural area and I've spent a ton of time outdoors but I still have a pretty embarassing inability to identify different animals.

Adventure game characters. I mention them because to be honest the writing in adventure games have generally been some of the best in computer game history. Sure it isn't done anymore

Actually there are lots of Adventure games that still come out on PC. They aren't the #1 genre anymore, but they sell a few thousand copies and cost almost nothing to make.

Some of the games are questionable in being included in the genre (Pirates of the Caribbean was a brawler guys), but there's usually at least one major adventure title released every month. They frequently score 7 and 8 also, so they aren't throw-away Eastern-European titles either (a lot of PC games are).

And speaking of funny, wisecracking characters, Jansen in Lost Odyssey is one of the funniest characters I've ever seen in a jRPG. He might actually be the only effective comedy character in a jRPG ever.

Very nice, and yes, it is sad that they can't throw their legs jup as they run, but nice nonetheless. I think I like the rooster more tjhen the hen. Also, is that the size they will be in-game, or is that just a blowup for a better idea?

Of COURSE that's the real ingame size. His game runs in 40x30 resolution.
