It actually looks quite bare. Perhaps add some wall-ornaments (such as picture frames, photos, hanging swords, etc)? You could also add some carpet on the wooden-floor to spice things up a bit!

How long have you been working on your game?
I had been working on Iris of Emillion for about a year and a half, and Blink for about two months.
