It probably means Isrieri is really suspicious of one of us, and has good evidence, or is a Mafia, though if Isrieri is a mafia, then that might give him away, how, I don't know. I just have a gut feeling.

Smells a bit like two mafia cooking up a plot to try and trick people into thinking they're both agents. And of course other agents wouldn't out themselves else they might get night-killed.

What if Tangled is lying about working for the Agents, and is actually working with Mafia? Then, it's more likely that he's trying to keep Ratty alive, by saying Ratty is an agent.
