If it goes by Final Fantasy standards set by FF12, White is Curative, Black is Elemental, Blue is Monster Skills, Red is White/Black usually limited, and Green is Status Effects like Blind and Poison.

You should download the game and see how it is for yourself if you love them :)

The game has an Action Battle System... so... no.

The Facesets were made by Kaeru-Sama some 3-4 years ago. I have no art skills in terms of portraits.

When the game is uploaded and you get a chance to play it, you'll realize this is a boss room. I kept it simple because of how the fight works. Trust me, you wouldn't want it to be too hectic.

That's badass looking.

This is an amazing effect for setting tone/mood but not something I would want to see during gameplay time.

I am hugely not a fan of the command window being dead center on the screen. It obstructs your view of the combat area and pulls you right out of the mood. There is a lot of empty space at the bottom (I am guessing that is to make room for 4 party members) but you could also use the sides of the screen (keeping the enemies/heroes offset a bit to make room) or a horizontal bar across the top of the status window.

I do, however, like the name of the active hero above the command window. That is something I haven't seen before.

I'd recommend making 3 tiles for the waterfall (or charsets), two for the sides and one for the center. Currently, the edges don't like up with the edge of the water tile, and having the edge repeat every tile makes it look more like a hydro-dam than a waterfall.

Also, there is no source of water for that waterfall.. It needs a river above it or to be faced on a cliff instead of in the middle of nowhere.

The height difference between the two rooms is an issue, otherwise its fairly bland. I can't even tell if its the inside of a castle, or a neatly kept dungeon, or a jail. Try adding some doodads to further detail the area.
