Yet another art update.
To join in on this little art discussion, I think the problem with the profile of Eliza is that her chin is basically nonexistant. It's crammed into the neck, and it looks kind of like it was smashed into her or something. That can be fixed by having it jut out a little.

Lovely drawings and great designs you got there!
But when you say that Eliza's basically an Expy of your favorite character, to the point of being almost exactly him aside from gender and costume design, that kind of concerns me...Not saying it's a bad thing, but it has potential to become bad.
But hey, this is your game, and she may become a great character later ^^

Mainly the "robotic dialogue."
It's a tad bit hard to explain. During a few cutscenes the dialogue seemed a bit forced. It didn't exactly feel like a conversation; it just felt like two people having an exposition at the same time, with only the topic tying it together in what seems to be a conversation.
It'd probably be much easier if I were to play the game and point it out, so maybe I'll get a friend and I to do a Let's Play and point it out. Maybe.

In the "base," what's the point of two T.Vs?
One of them's actually a radio, but I can't find a good radio graphic so I'm using the old time TV graphic as it.

Also, it might be a good idea to sprinkle some plant life around the new map.
Right now, it looks well designed, but kinda barren.
If you like that look, you could add some shadow tiles to the grass.
Technically the area's supposed to be mountainous and barren. The first area of Chaos Divine is supposed to be based somewhat off of California. The area of Zess is supposed to be somewhat like the area around Stanford; trees aside, it's basically all grass.

Considering a few of his attacks have different elemental attributes assigned to them, who knows.
