Hi i have been thinking about getting this game but i have a few questions if that is cool...
Anyway one has to do with romance so i hear that you get to have same sex romances in this game that is cool but what i would like to know if can you tell someone that you just want to be friends if you don't want to romance them?
Also when it talks about same sex romance does it just kind of change every one that is the same sex gay or are there a few gay people in town and saying that you want to romance the same sex just "unlocks" them.
Now if it is the whole it just makes everyone that is the same sex gay option is the text script changed or do you get the same text even if you are dating the same guy/girl as the opposite sex?
So anyway i hope I'm not bugging anyone by asking stuff like this but i have a lot of questions about this game before i buy it :)

"Hey, I totally agree. I did not like the level cap solution at all. At the time it was the best choice to balance the game, but I have good news.
I'm close to releasing another update, probably the last using RPG Maker 2003. It will correct this issue. The encounter rate still adjusts based on level, but never to zero. Experience received is reduced when the current party level exceeds the expected average, but also not to zero. This allows players to continue to level if necessary, while maintaining some semblance of balance.
Actually, I just had a thought I'd like to thank you for. I'll add an option that toggles encounter rate and experience adjustments. Then players like yourself can enjoy the game however they please! How does that sound?"
Been a while since i have been here but that idea of giving a option for encounter rate sounds good but I'm not so sure about experience unless you mean something like having a difficulty setting and the harder the battles the more exp you get that sounds a little better IMO.
But really just having the ability to have battles on would be nice :)

Hi I have one last question you see am kind of a completionist in video games so with out spoilers are there a lot of missables in this game i see there are a lot of crafting items and that is great but am worried i'm going to miss a really item needed to make a item should i be worried about that or is nothing missable till that point of no return i heard about if that is the case i really hope there is something that tells me when i get to the point of no return.

Hi umm i wanted to ask something not sure if anyone will nknow but i know nothing of Touhou and i mean NOTHING can i still play this game and have fun or will the plotline make my head explode :)

@unity ok so you made a reply to this guy...or girl about how the final dungeon does not respawn and you plan to fix the glitch will i be able to carry over my save to the updated version?

I think the game's transparent enough about it's theme to be honest, and I don't see a need for any kind of disclaimer.
I can't really take ryan's point of a lack of a male character seriously as valid critique considering the cast list is right there on the front of the game page. That's like playing a horror game and complaining about being scared. I can understand the second gripe, though, even if I don't agree at all. Ryan, for what it's worth, there's a lot more depth to Chisa's and Merel's relationship as the game goes on, so no, there's nothing "gimmicky" about it.
That being said, unity, if you really want to do something, I'd suggest just adding a quick sentence about Merel's affection. It IS a pretty significant part of her character after all, and that would send the message across without feeling like a warning/disclaimer.
Again though, I don't think any warning or explicit disclaimer is necessary.

Truth be told the more i think about it the more i think i really was just jelly.....stupid i know :)

maybe deep down I'm just jelly of the fact there is no good gay male rpgs will not without them wanting to hump every moveing thing with a dick that is why can't there be a deep caring gay male in rpgs (Well besides the ones you make in some open world rpgs) :)
If only i could draw and had any idea of how to make video games i would :)

@unity I was afraid of this you seem to think i was attacking your decisions for your game. Look it's not my game and i respect the fact you worked hard on a game i know it's not easy.
Also i want to make it clear that i am still playing the game and the issues i have with the game are not big issues just something i wanted to bring up.
As for the last part i can't tell if you are being passive aggressive or not :)

@ryan7251 I think you kind of forgot to read the game description on top:The game contains yuri (lesbian romance) themes.
So bis are to be expected in this game.
(well, actually, I didn't read the game description before playing the game either, so I was taken aback at first as well ^^")
Look i know what yuri is ok but there is a line between having some yuri (Like say having the hero be gay) and so much to the point the game feels more like it's just making the heros yuri because it's a gimmick. Anyway like i said i have no beef with the main character being yuri it adds to who she is but making all the heros girls and yuri just feels forced.
As for the description i thought it said that do to the main hero being yuri i did not think "Oh i bet this means all the heros are gay"
Anyway like i said it's a fun game and i know this is MY issue with the game.
