So, I didn't realize I can't go back inside the Bree Tree Ruins. I skipped a chest because I wasn't able to figure it out how to get to it, so I just exited without ever grabbing it, but now I'm permanently locked out from ever getting it D:

You do need to get through the passage in the Harpy Sanctuary, but Kyme only gets the idea after Cyl hands him something that makes him really trippy. I don't really know how I triggered the event though.

Some items end up being somewhat unreachable in the game. (ex: You can only see like half a bread or something near an object or wall and no matter how close you try to get to, it doesn't work.)
