That "sad" ending looks kinda...interesting actually. Okay, I'm a bad man. Maybe you could make it like an "extra" after the game's released. I'm curious now.

My gawd, I hadn't seen this post. Curse my lack of attention.
Anyway, it's been a while since I played it so I really don't remember with precision how I played but I'll try to answer your questions:
1: What is your favorite weapon(s) for the three characters?
Weapons were pretty simple, I just bought what I found gave the best stats for each character. Double gauntlet for Zero. Classic knife for Isaac. Regular bow on Myra. Were there more options?
2: Which item do you find yourself using more than most?
I cheated like a boss and bought a lot of first aid kit. I sort of killed the "survival" element 'cause dying was impossible. Maybe I should have mentioned that, I knew I was forgetting something.
3: Do you even use Extra Equipment at all? Or use items instead?
I use extra equipmente for Isaac and Zero and equipo items on Myra. Specially first aid kits. Myra was my "white mage" :P
4: Do you use spells? Who is your primary caster? Or do you spread your relics across the three characters?
I do use spells, specially with bosses.
5: Do you feel some items are too good? Some items you just don't see a use for?
I didn't get that feeling although I think I didn't use the items that heal arms and heads injuries at all.
By the way, nice art rework. Myra is the one who improved the most. I draw with my mouse, it's certainly not convenient but you can make decent drawings. Although I'll probably buy a tablet sometime.
