Now I'm stuck. I get to the purple realm and there's a note that says "East" but when I go to the next screen north, no matter whether I go east, west or north I end up back at the start. I gave up there and went into the dream-world town. I tried interacting with everything there but I can't get in anywhere but the gun shop and there's nothing to do in there. (By the way I love that the gun shop is the closest store to the school. I love dark humor.) So anyway, I've gone back and forth from purple realm to dream town a few times but can't seem to progress any further...ok I went back inside and interacted with the fact but I only have one sapphire. I think I got that in town so I just need to figure out the trick in the purple realm.

Now I'm having trouble figuring out StarMaker's print. I've tried all the combinations I can think the print might represent, and it just keeps blowing up.

By the way, how did you make this game so good?? I usually lose interest in minutes or hours but I've been playing this one for days and days. Everything is perfect, well the only thing I'd wish for is a better map, but I can find my way around well enough.

I am loving this game! I intend to write a glowing review when I finish. I am on Day 2 now...About the only things I could ask for would be a better map (the one that's in there is only slightly helpful) and a journal to keep track of quests. But those are minor requests, the game is loads of fun!

@webgrunt: Somewhere in this summary is a link to a guide I have started. Another link is at the summary of the blackmoom prophecy II page 44 (I think). That guide wasn't finished. When I am sometimes bored I might play the game further.

Thank you!! After reading the guide, I decided to look for the bigger desert further west. Found it quickly. :-)

I've been wandering all over the desert outside Hillsdale for the last half hour looking for the armored creature and no luck. I've checked both deserts but mostly I'm at the west patch. What the hell is the deal.

If it's the first monster, check the desert closest to town. You'll find the monster if you stick to the middle area.

I'm in BMP1. The first monster I encountered in the desert was armored (berserkervor), but when I went to Hillsdale, the elder said it's the wrong one. The west desert is crescent shaped and I've tried sticking to the thickest part, but though I've fought so many battles there all of my characters have advanced at least one level and some two, the elder still says I need to find the armored creature. I've taken to running away from battles just to save time, but I'm still running back and forth in that tiny patch of desert looking for this thing. I don't know how much more of this I can take.
