I have one question. Some doctor's roles (bus driver) require two targets. If nobody knows what doctor they are, wouldn't that pose a problem?

Maybe. Probably. But that's what a dethy is. It's up to you, the player, to figure out the logic puzzle of "Who is what Doctor." with your night actions and figure out who is the scum from your expert scumfinding abilities.
What I'm probably going to do is, once this game starts, post a list of each role that is in this game, but not who has what role. It might be a little impossible to figure out otherwise.
