MILLER'S HOLLOW MAFIA - GAME THREAD

I lack the logic, reasoning, comprehension, and foresight to make any intelligent guesses, lynches, or anything else you obviously superior adults can.
Same here bro.
And CAVE, if you REALLY want to know, I find Happy the most suspicious right now. Everyone else is meh, not sure.
Also, I like Liberty's idea. #Elect Liberty

ps. Cavedog, you have a bad memory and you're playing careless. I don't take you for a naive person, so why did you walk in my trap?
what on earth are you talking ab out.
no lynching on day 1 is a bad idea and I will not elect Liberty or anyone else who plans to use the vote for evil. I cast my vote for the other man who is plainly town, instead of a person who puts forth an argument as to why she should be elected (it is a bad argument) and then does not look for scum. ##elect trihan
Just posting to not appear lurking, though I pretty much am, as I have nothing to add or question that hasn't already been so.
mmmmm Well, on second thought, Cavedog is hard to read, but I think he's town now. Had to re-read some posts, but it feels about right.

The idea, Cave, is to put someone as a guard for the double-vote. It won't be used except when the town votes a majority to use it. I wouldn't get a vote on the use of it, if that helps in any way. I'm just trying to take the double-vote out of play because of the chance it might screw town over to give it to someone who is a werewolf.
It'd really work with anyone as sheriff as long as they agree to do as I suggested. It would put the power in the hands of the people, not just one person, and if they go back on their word - even if they picked correct and killed a werewolf - they should and would be lynched for breaking trust.

Think of the abilities! There are some townies that have abilities, I am pretty sure, according to the cards in the OP.
Especially the Seer, that ability is very useful! I am pretty sure the Seer is town, and that ability can be put to good use!

this idea doesn't make any sense because any sheriff who used their vote for evil would be held accountable anyway, and also, there is a faction of anti-town players in this game, so adding another layer of democracy that can be upset by the scumteam is bad. (lynched even if they hammer a werewolf without asking..really...) Also, if the sheriff is town and abides by the standards you put forth, then we are, in fact, losing one town vote, essentially strengthening the scum to town ratio.
like. there is no point to this. elect the person you think is town, or yourself if you don't trust anyone. since the sheriff just gets a doublevote, none of this even really matters until mylo. Liberty, who is on the scumteam.
i think happy's talk of a 'trap' (where is it. what was the trap.) is pretty obviously a load of bs and him trying to disingenuously cover up for his awful play earlier.
Cavedog, I'm pretty sure you know the people who play badly for real at this point, or then I have been overestimating you. Don't try to get me lynched too hard with your accusations, though because I won't be able to post properly for 20 hours or so! You're throwing a lot of bullshit though, like calling my actions different from the previous game, while you clearly haven't even taken a glance in that thread
I have looked at the thread. The statement that I have not is ridiculous in of itself because i modded the goddamned thing. I am dying to hear what your trap was.
i also haven't been pushing a lynch on you, just been saying that you are making up shit in order to cover up for being inconceivably awful. and also paranoid, apparently.
Back from work briefly~ I'm not putting down a vote or electing anyone yet but I have a couple of things to say.
First of all, why are a couple of people putting words in my mouth and attributing actions to me I didn't make? In no way did I believe CAVE's fake roleclaim; I voted for wildwes to make him put his money where his mouth was, which he did, so I removed my vote. There is nothing more to it than that.
I also recall someone saying I'm on their watchlist because they think the only people who would elect sheriffs are suspicious. Where on earth have I elected anyone? I don't recall posting an election.

Liberty seems town to me as she looked like she made that suggestion with good intentions. However, her election idea isn't very good.

It's better than picking someone randomly (or letting Jeroen do it), isn't it?

Nothing reveals Humanity so well as the games it plays. A game of betrayal, where the most suspicious person is brutally murdered? How savage.

I am now certain that you are not scum and are just town trying to play scum as hard as possible.

I see some of the flaws with Liberties plan, and I understand none of us want to elect a sheriff they don't completely trust, but I encourage all of you that are not convinced, to come up with a good alternative. Being critical is vital, but it's also important we find a sheriff somehow.

I tried that method of finding a sheriff, and it led to several people calling me out for acting suspicious, and one person trying to lynch me. Apparently I'm not allowed to vote for whom I think is least likely of being scum, so I'll let others decide on it.
Well maybe now people are correcting their own contradictions, you can vote now Platinum. Voting is critical to the process of election.

this is a different game. if anyone does that i will call them stupid until they stop doing it. also, elect me to win.
