PHOENIX MAFIA: ONLINE TURNABOUT
Posts
Pretty much.
Ideally we take out the Infector first, but barring that we have to make sure we hit one of the infected. Hitting a non-infected is going to cut down the people who can fight, but also make it easier for the infection to spread and overcome our defences completely. Thus, we have to hit and aim truly, instead of just shooting shit at random.
We can't afford not to act but more than that, we absolutely cannot afford to hit wrong.

I've checked the OP. Mafia only wins if absolutely all town are killed. Town, on the other hand, only has to kill the mastermind to win.
Uder such circumstances, I can't absolutely trust that the detective will be safe, unless Isrieri comes back and says he can't be touched at least for the first two or three nights. Also, mafia only gets one kill per night. Nobody actually has the kill ability. The mafia have to elect someone to perform the night kill.
Yes, but Cop protected by Puddle is safe from night kill (actions?) and thus can only be killed during the day - via a lynch. As I pointed out, even if everything goes the right way for mafia, at most they'll be unable to kill him/her until day 3/4+, depending on how well town votes.
And the Mafia roles say that the Mafia forgo a kill in place of turning someone, so they have the choice to kill or beef their numbers. Seeing as they can't kill you or Puds, and, if she chooses the cop as her client, the detective would be safe from them killing, then the only thing to worry about is the ability to turn someone to mafia - which is what puddle is checking with Isri about.

Frankly, if Puddle's client is protected from all night actions, it'd be best if we make her protect the Officer as long as there's not turning available. If she doesn't, we run the risk of losing them to become mafia or dead any day past the first - we can't be assured of their alignment past the first day so since piano can vouch for the Detective for sure on the first day, then we need to make sure that they're protected... as long as they can't be turned by the Mastermind during night phase.
This should mean both death, investigations, being turned, etc.
This client's identity is not revealed and is protected from night actions.

All I got from all that is people are too quick to post in order to get a quick word in, resulting in mass page outbreak.
Regardless, it still seems to be a mute point lynching today. My vote stays the same.
Also, 'Puds' huh? Duds and Puds.

Never fear, Puddor is here...!!

...and waiting on one more piece of evidence. I actually thought we only had half an hour left before the end of the day phase...
I'm testing the limits of my PS3. Since my computer bricked, it's all I have to go online with, and I've found it's really limited, rather like a cheap smartphone. There are things it just can't do, and because of that, there are things you don't expect it to be able to do, but interestingly it does. I didn't want to make Puddor have to carry the weight of entertaining posts, so I found a bunch of Edgeworth gifs and that was my first test to see if I could use them.

Does this mean I can go make lunch? I'm having nutella/banana and nutella/strawberry toasties because I'm an adult and I can do what I want

*sips from my proud to be a laywer cup*
It's possible we only have half an hour left. I'm going based on the posting times. They've been pretty consistent, and I think I messed up anyway. I think at the time of my posting, we actually had two hours left.

You can defend your client from nightkills, Can you defend him from other actions? I don't want to make you quote your pm. Our detective isn't in danger at the moment, meaning, has not been targetted or accused, but it would be helpful if he had some security.

Yes. I've confirmed that much at least-- my clients are protected from any night actions, but there's one more thing I'm double-checking before we out the detective and make them my client.
I can't protect them from a day lynch.
Well, no, there is no defense against lynching (knocking on wood, remembering Ebeth's sacrificial jizu).

I have just heard from the judge and based on his advice, I will NOT be revealing the identity of the detective.
