I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

However that doesn't damage my theory at all. You could have used the sword on whoever was protected by the white mage. In fact this gives you a much stronger reason to have lied, since you apparently realized you didn't have the ability to claim "I used the sword on InfectionFiles."
I also thought of a reason why you would make up this story instead of just claiming your attack had been delayed. It gives you an excuse for not knowing who the sword was redistributed to, which would otherwise be a dead giveaway that you were mafia.
At this point I'm up to thinking there's an 80% chance that you're scum. You've ascended past YM and Ratty on my scumdar. I'm pretty sure that you and Tunger are the scum team.
If he was mafia with the sword, it makes literally no sense for him to use the sword on IF because he was already being killed by mafia. If used the sword on almost anyone else it would be justifiable so killing IF brings on unnecessary suspicion.
Also, if he was mafia with the sword and he was blocked by white mage he doesn't have to lie about it. It could happen to anyone and the white mage will know if he's telling the truth anyway.

I'm not really sure why Ratty cancelled his vote against TungerManU. He posted his cancellation with an explanation of why he no longer suspected Yellow Magic, but he wasn't voting for Yellow Magic in the first placce. Pretty confusing.
Umm, where was this? The entirety of my cancel post was directed at TungermanU.
But yeah, I think everything's been said about YM's behavior at this point.

Why lynch TungermanU when
1) It's doubtful that he's mafia given the fact that not only did he not support Kloe last day phase, but didn't even vote against her because "it wouldn't have mattered anyway?"
2) There are currently two mafia and five town. If a town is lynched, the next night kill will put mafia at an even number with town, whereas nixing scum would net us a 4-3 vs 1 situation, provided if the vigilante uses their sword. Lynching someone based on nothing but "they aren't giving you enough to work with" is pretty dumb when there is someone else you can pick with a better case against them.

It's admittedly a pretty crazy set of circumstances. I think my theory makes sense if he tried to kill oddRABBIT though. That's something only mafia would've done, since odd is like 99% confirmed as town. And if it had been successful, it also would've prevented odd from saying who he'd given the sword to, so we'd be none the wiser.
I dunno. I'm grasping at straws but psy's story about losing the sword is really fake sounding.

On the other hand, if I'm the only person who thinks that theory is plausible, then I guess I must be wrong. Because one of you is the white mage and you know who you protected last night. And if the white mage thinks I'm wrong then... that must mean he protected someone else last night?
So, obviously not asking for a role-claim, but I'm interested to hear everyone's opinion of my theory. If it's unanimously decided to be unlikely, I'll drop it.

@ratty Those are good points. I'm just a little leary the the situation seems pretty cut and dry I guess. Tunger also seems like he's only being helpful when we ask him to, had a strange interaction with Kloe immediately before she was lynched.
I guess this is kind of silly though because a LOT has been said about YM's behavior and though he's trying to be active now he's still not necessarily being helpful.

@LockeZ I think it's possible! The theory makes a bit more sense with odd when you consider that psy would essentially be shutting him up.

@Ratty I still think Tung's mafia. Assuming YM is scum, to me that leaves either him or Gourd. Gourd's only stumble so far has been that thing about "mixed record scumhunting" which for some reason no one else found at all alarming. Your vote also ties us up again.
Fun fact: if Tung and YM are scumteam, Tung's only vote option at this point is Ratty, which would be a 3-way tie. If whether we win or lose is up to some 3-way russian roullette I'm going to cry.

I think the scum way out of this situation, though, would've been to say I never got it. Sorry but believe me that I had a plan in mind when I passed. I would also like to point out that odd is considered 100% town mostly because I signaled it hard yesterday as soon as I realized he passed me the sword.

I'm still frustrated the whole "what happens with the sword" thing was only decided /after/ the pass. Losing my chance is bad enough, getting scumhunted for it is even dumber.

Sorry, I more meant it in the sense that you hadn't thrown any scum signals but that for the duration of the game, so you were playing pretty well. (I thought your vote timing on Kloe was suspicious but she flipped mafia so you're vindicated)
I know you were talking about IF, but it read to me like you were stating that while he was mostly hanging back, IF had at least in the past scumhunted town and actual scum, but this was before anyone could confirm Kloe was actually scum. I guess this is just one of those things I misinterpreted if no one else thought it was worth mentioning.

One good thing that's coming out of this is I'm more sure you're innocent than before. I don't think mafia would be this persistent about such a small detail with no traction. I guess you are going to stop being persistent but even still XD

@YM Yeah I noticed the Ratty connection as well, to the extent that I thought he might be scum trying to exonerate himself by protecting an innocent. But reviewing posts, I think it was more the weird attacks on IF that occurred around the same time that drew the association for me and then we seized on it. But I don't think that's a strong enough connection where I'd immediately come out the next day with a lynch vote.
You said your opinion on Kloe changed during day 2. What caused that? I mostly made my decision off of her first couple posts in the day where she started reasoning in the complete opposite direction. Did she do something else that day that tripped you up? It still looks to me like your opinion changed because all of a sudden Kloe was at a scumproof majority.
Also about activity, Tung's made two posts today. He made five yesterday, two at the deadline. I still don't think it's something that can be effectively reasoned about though.

I never said my opinion changed during Day 2. My opinion in Kloe being Mafia became stronger after reviewing her posts and Ratty's.
Tbh, I would have voted for Kloe anyway in the last minute scenario you found yourself in. It seems to me that in most cases, scum WOULD voted to seem more innocent, but perhaps this is like some reverse psychology? You legitimately ran out of time? etc.
As you have described yourself with your multitude of questions, you just might be over-analysing this...
And I'm not sure where this stuff about me being "useful" is coming from. I've made a case and made my vote. Is that not useful enough?
