RMNCAST EPISODE 2: RELEASE SOMETHING IV: GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS
Posts
Nightblade: I played FFXI for a long time as well.
The music is one of the best things about it. I still try and get the music from Jeuno out of my head... but it's permanently tattooed in there.
Maybe I should try Phantom Legacy if you really did use all FFXI music.

I think he may have drifted away from it now, but he stayed in there longer than any sane person.
I'M ACTIVELY READING THIS THREAD, PEOPLE.

My voice does weird things. >:(
I haven't listened all the way through but I think your voice is best.
To anyone who still has it, please let me know if this shows up in the RMN toolbar (yeah, I know, I don't even use the toolbar I made...)

It doesn't actually use all FF11 music, it uses some BoF5: Dragon Quarter music as well, as I thought that OST was just brilliant.
I just listened to the part about my game!
The thing is I am trying to juggle a couple of projects at once and I really just want to work on the one that interests people the most. (Thus more feedback = more interest in the game.) That's what I meant by "I might drop it." Although if I see anything of my own projects to the end, it'll probably be this.
Also, the funny thing is... I had most people tell me the beginning puzzles were too easy! I'll include some sort of tutorial, though. (There's actually a small tutorial for the area after the graveyard, which has harder puzzles.)

that wip is a jive turkey
also "it is what it is" is a really good quote for dungeon quest.
good work on the podcast guys, I don't really care wether it was unstructured or not, it was entertaining, especially if you've played alot of them.
EDIT:
Uh, man I didn't think anyone would notice the horrible tune I made for Dungeon Quest, but I was surprised to hear "heavy metal" being used instead of "really shitty" :)

Azn, look for a PM from me about a possible collaboration in the next few days, no joke.
I always pronounced it "Neo Kay/ Knee okay" in my head.
It's pronounced "Knee-oak"

Are you cheating on me openly? :'( you never call!
I'm surprised my game did as well as it did.
I'm surprised that my game did that well. I need to add direction, so thanks for that. I was pleased to hear that gameplay is usually solid in my games, sometimes it's just being the author can turn a blind eye to issues in my own game(s).
No one ran into the walk anywhere bug? Maybe it only occurs in test play. The tile I used is marked unpassable, yet test plays as passable. I've since fixed this bug, if one existed (maybe it's a feature in the RMVX engine).

I will PM you in the next week with some ideas, promise.
Holy wow that took forever. It was as interesting as before, but the sheer size of the podcast and a few volume issues were what kept me from enjoying it fully.

I haven't listened all the way through but I think your voice is best.
Meh, I think I sound all nasally and funky, and I disagree, but thanks. :P
By the way, I am totally and completely down to stand in on future podcasts, and I promise if tapped for this task I will do a better job than the absolutely abysmal pod casts I may or may not have been associated with in the past.

Oh man, I am exciiiited!
author=Blitzen link=topic=2219.msg37765#msg37765 date=1223950833Basically this. I liked listening to it regardless, but given that I'd only played about half of the releases it did drag on a tad.

(McDohl is an absolutely perfect replacement for WIP, also. <3)
