I'm nervous about a massclaim.
But also, there is kind of a guarantee that these roles are in the game. Muffle might have, hypothetically, in theory stated something along the lines that that's what she thought we'd use my ability for, figuratively speaking. It might have potentially happened when in an alternate reality, she contacted me, worrying that I may have theoretically wanted her to replace me.

no, actually, confirm that right now with unambiguous language if it's the case instead of continuing to be an asshole for no reason. (I don't think I'm going to be entering any games with you after this) If that's the case then this entire 1 page argument is because you are concealing information necessary for your premise to make sense and wondering why I am calling you out when it doesn't make any sense.

I'm tired of this arguing. Frustration is fine, arguing your case against scum and the like is fine, but flaming each other is not. Unless I'm taking this way too seriously, then I want no more of it. I don't feel like dealing with bullshit, I will cancel this game so help me.

Everything I've asked you has been totally game-related and that's it. You are repeatedly taking things beyond the game. Let me make something clear:
It was nobody but my owns as to why I decided to cancel the game. I had poor judgment in role picking, the game was imbalanced, people seemed unhappy with how the game was being run, I kept making mistakes, the arguing was a bit much, I'm having trouble handling myself due to some personal issues including trauma and my pet needing extra attention due to being unwell. I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up, and I was already doing things wrong.
I have three people telling me they enjoyed the game, and two trying to convince me to continue it as I can salvage from this wreck. Only if people are still willing to play and be aware I won't be able to fully keep up with the thread, I'll be here but I might be late with some things. Please, do not feel to blame or blame anyone because it really was personal issues.

I was away and just saw this. I'd be fine continuing this. I'm not really sure what you mean by arguing as it's played out as mafia should up to this point unless it's a behind the scenes thing.
Imbalance isn't really unexpected as it's your first time hosting a game, and it is something to learn from, but I wouldn't say that is reason to cancel. I'd recommend continuing if everyone else agrees just for the learning experience, and should you host one in the future you could always colab host with someone who has more experience.

Nvm, I just scrolled up and saw what you meant about the arguing, but that isn't really unusual in mafia. Not sure if I should edit or not so I'm just making a second post in case the game does continue.
Anyways, that's all I really have to say. If others are up for it, and if you are willing then continue, but if you don't want to deal with it then stick with the cancel.

I can't speak for everyone, but I was definitely enjoying the game. And from what you've said it seems more people were. I don't know what happened behind the scenes, but I haven't noticed anyone be unhappy with how the game was being run. It's clear you need a break though, so maybe someone else can take over? Maybe Cap? Or LockeZ, since he's already dead.
Definitely focus on yourself for a while. Don't force yourself to host the game if you don't think you can. Your health comes first. But I'll be sad to see the game go.

If the game does end up cancelled, I can work on a set-up for a small-ish game. I've got an idea I want to try out.
I've already mostly worked it out in my head, just need to figure out how balanced it is by running some numbers on it.

I'm really enjoying hosting it, I'll continue it and if I have too much trouble then I'll ask someone to host it for me. This game has really helped get stuff off my mind, so uh. Let it commence >.<)b
