CloseLockeZ is dead. He was town. Everyone else is alive. Demon has claimed bodyguard that can defend himself. I've claimed rolecop that upon checking someone's role, get three possible roles for them.
Ok, your claim is bizarre and demon's sounds op. I'll read at least part of the thread and try to come up with some opinions.

If piano's claim is legit and also those three roles are guaranteed to be in the game, then I guess massclaiming is a good idea. But it's a really outlandish claim, and if it's fake I'm still worried about scum knowing exactly who they should target.

@demon: your argument is bad. For one, I think I was quieter than Gourd for the first half of the day and I expected to get called out on it. Being quiet is also not scumtell (unless you're IF).
Then again, it's not like I won't kill Gourd today if that's what's gonna happen.

I don't know if demon is actually scum, but Cave is right about him being a good first day kill. His reasoning for voting Gourd is especially metagamey and I really don't like it. Of course, Gourd's a little quieter. 1) He just got throttled in the last two games, and 2)real life happens. A player's talkativeness is the last thing we should be looking at and for most schools, we are coming into exam time. In fact, in the very last game, Gourd was talking about being busy.
Gourd + piano would make sense based on this post. Also, he's using gourd as a reason to bandwagon. It could be a serious pocket attempt too.

I don't want to lynch Piano for a stupid reason like him not actively posting because he may be busy.
LockeZ gives me a weird vibe though he's been scarce and has had very little to stay most of the time which is weird because if I remember correctly he was talking a lot in the last one. Though I still feel like that is a stupid reason. I don't know I don't want to go along with other people and lynch him either bout those are the only two I can think of soo...

I have no idea why huni voted demonlord. Maybe she was pissed on everything.
I agree with Cave and Gourd. I don't trust Cave again and he really went crazy at one point. The logic of his posts is broken.
But I have more people to suspect.
Gourd might be busy, but that doesn't make his posts better.
Demonlord stopped playing after claiming. But given the nature of my role I have a reason to think that he might actaully be real.

I'm not sure what you mean by my usual zealous solving. The effort I put into psy's game completely tired me out to the point I just wanted it to end that last day. That combined with the fact I have less time these weeks has made me not quite as active in both last game and this one.

Yesterday i couldn't keep with all them posts, but it wasn't because everything turned meta, i was a bit busy irl, but still, sorry about that.
I'm okay with lynching someone from the lockeZ bandwagon, it was a terrible idea and our chances of hitting werewolf where pretty low, specially because LockeZ didn't do anything particulary scummy.

Honest reason I didn't leave the thread (because I almost did): I feel a lot of the angst going on in here is totally my fault and I really don't want to mess up Muffle's game.

Alright were back. There is a way to test pianos claim to see if one of the two are lying. Piano said he got back three results, one of them being roleblocker, while not telling us the other two. I'm inclined to think that it isn't impossible for psy to be roleblocker considering he originally pushed away from that argument when I initially brought it up, but then went back to it as I continued to express my opinion that there was a roleblocker.
The only scenario where this doesn't work is one where piano is lying. Nobody else has claimed cop though, making me more inclined to believe it. This also only works if psy is still willing to claim.

Sorry, I'm shortening my sentences again. I mean that he disappeared after complaining about other players using meta to read gourd. He returned with slack cover after a significant amount of posts. And his comments got worse again, he basically stopped solving after that point.

I am 100% willing to claim. We are massclaiming, and I'm going last.
First, we need a clear, unambiguous statement from Piano on whether the other two roles he has are 1) guaranteed to be in the game, and 2) are exclusive to town. I also think if both these are true, Piano needs to claim first in order to confirm himself. If scum try to hide using the roles he provides, we'll know because they will conflict with the actual townie holding those roles, and if they're missing (aside from RB), we'll know Piano is scum.
(I don't see where piano is modconfirmed, all I see is that cave/piano are modconfirmed not a scumteam)

I am an INVESTIGATOR (this is not the PM formatting, it's just so you can clearly see my role name). At night, I investigate someone and receive three possible roles for what they might be in the game. I investigated you, psy_wombats. Of the three possible roles you could be, one of them was roleblocker.
In a conversation in which Muffle tried to determine whether or not I was leaving the game, she indicated that she expected us to use my ability to confirm other players by withholding role names and seeing if someone claims any of them. If you are not a roleblocker, then you are definitely one of the other two, so we know of at least one and before I made my claim I see that you at least talked of the possibility of a roleblocker. We can reasonably establish that this theory isn't a stretch.
Of the other two, one is always a town role, unless the mod is using some creative rules in the game construction. The other, let me look it up. Yeah, the description on mafiauniverse.com is 100 percent a town role. Scum would have absolutely no use for the role.
I likewise do not see where I'm mod confirmed. If this strategy works, then I can certainly say that I'm probably mod-confirmed, but not yet. Whether psy is mod confirmed is open to interpretation. It certainly seems that way.

Revealing now, if scum uses those names as cover down the line, the real townie holding them (me or otherwise) can get them into a 50/50. And if there are no conflicts (aside from maybe a missing RB) then we know you are what you say you are (and your only possible scum partners would be the three roles you named).

Up until now, you didn't want the roles revealed because they could lead to an easy fakeclaim. Personally, I think that if anyone tried it, there'd be at least one quick counterclaim. Why change that now?
If you want me to reveal the other roles, I think that warrants a claim from you, now. That would be an absolute confirmation.
Grant, you of these other two roles, one of them I would prefer not be claimed because that will be an automatic NK, but that's the risk we take.

The reason to reveal them beforehand would be so /I/ could confirm /you/ but I think that's fair enough -- I claim now, you reveal the role names, and still at the end of the day, we know that if you're scum, one of the claimers to those two roles is your scumpartner.
I actually am a ROLEBLOCKER. However, when I asked, I found I can't actually block the scum nightkill, so my usefulness is basically nonexistent. However, the person I roleblock does get a message that they were blocked, so you all can at least be sure that I'm doing what I say I'm doing. I blocked myself last night in case some observational role was on me so that I'd be able to demonstrate I wasn't harming anyone (it worked, I got a block message). There's no way I could've been otherwise constructive with my ability. For reference, this is why I'm less concerned about town PRs getting roleblocking -- unless there are two RBs in game, I don't think scum can actually stop them. Assassin maybe, but that's going to be shot-limited.
