Huh? Where did I say that Psy assumed Lancelot on day 1? If I typed that anywhere then it was a typo.

You said "he was aware before any of us that nightkill failed, probably because he is scum and knows who was targeted." As soon as day 2 started, all of us were aware that the nightkill failed.

About this Lancelot shiznit, the role description says:

Dies in place of Merlin. Cannot otherwise be nightkilled

Key word is otherwise...so it looks like no one died because someone tried to kill Lancelot himself, not because Lancelot protected Merlin....Also unless I'm misreading just because there's a bit there that says "Bulletproof Guard", does not mean he actually has the power to protect anyone, right? I'm reading the "Bulletproof Guard" bit as an ability rather than a role.

I suppose I should still be cautious of Muffle BUT I have to admit the list made earlier wasn't entirely scummy, and she seems to have NOT waited on the IF bandwagon.

I need to go back and read psy_wombat's posts, including the one where he voted for IF.

Which is why I think it would be good for Lancelot to role claim, so we have one basically-confirmed town that scum can't do anything about.

Thinking about it more, I think that would be wise. For a variety of reasons, one of which is also to have a better read on PA (clearing up any maybe is good in my book)

@Ozzy: Where did I say Lancelot should claim? Go back and re-read how the Lancelot role works. He can 100% /safely/ claim, ie without getting killed, but that doesn't make it a great idea. I don't think scum intentionally missed their NK tonight, but if they did, it was to make any Lancelot think "hey, NK missed therefore I got hit, time to tell the thread." They should claim in the endgame and not before on the off chance it's scum galaxy play vs just... occam's razor. NK got hit.

@Kylaila: I think LockeZ pointed this out but Lancelot can still be daykilled. I legit think PlatinumAshes is Assassin. Think of it this way. PA claims Merlin on day one. Likely outcomes:
1) noob-Merlin counterclaims instead of cowering. Scum autowins.
2) Town says "haha what a joke! scum would never do that!" and PA is cleared of suspicion until endgame
3) Town immediately kills PA for a dumb play. A scumteam with Mordred doesn't care because Mordred is just as safe, and scum gets a free potshot at Merlin via the assassin's hidden kill.

My point about Lancelot vs Percival: Lancelot is unconfirmable in the endgame because the have no information to prove that they're Lancelot vs scum claiming to be Lancelot. Whereas Percival can name Merlin/Morgana and confirm themselves. This doesn't make a difference unless we're at LYLO or Lancelot is NK'd.

I am cool with being on the team, but do keep the suggestions coming if you want to. LockeZ had a decent plan for that too, yes? I don't know if this fits the bill and I lean towards the demon and odd variety more. But I will let you guys decide. I think it's good that we are getting some suggestions, though!

Okay first off no kill last night. I think that's funny considering it seems most likely they hit lancelot considering the randomness of it, now that I was reminded he's basically bulletproof. That makes my worry of 2 town dead by day 2 not a problem which is pretty lucky.

So for now I am going to believe Ozzy's claim. There is no need to risk a lancelot claim so as for now I'm considering him town unless new information contradicting this is said.

Also Psy am I wrong to believe that we should put different people on teams? Maybe I still misunderstand but won't it help us scope out scum or am I wrong. I still don't understand the full mechanics of the teams orz so please excuse my confusion.

Considering I read IF as town after his replies espite not being able to say anything in the end (rip) I'm going to look back a bit and analyze the people he mentioned he found fishy.

I have a bit of a better feeling of demonlord today but considering the mission doesn't guarantee he's not scum I'm not gonna completely bypass, especially since the trust no one rule.

If Psy is true on his word that he is town and Ozzy's claim is correct as I believe, if the mission fails if we put the team together then that would label out demon as actually being scum right? Maybe the same team wouldn't be so bad then as then they wouldn't risk failing the mission or they'd be caught. But if we send the same team out Everytime we won't get new information right? Please tell me if I'm wrong because if I am correct missions only fail of there's scum in it and they choose to right?

My neutral lead on Psy is leaning towards town for now, not sure why but something about him today seems more towny than neutral. But I'm gonna reread posts in case I missed something weird, especially since he's hard to read.

Piano still seems town to me however considering piano is a great player I'm not putting full trust into him.

It's too early for me to pick who I'd want to lynch. I have to go but I'll say more then I'm able to.
