An alteration of the post to remove said spam-link, yes. I tend not to outright remove posts unless the author of a thread, or dev on a gamepage, asks it of me (ie: the offending post is reported, and the request for removal is made there).

*Edit: Though, I guess it's more of a case-by-case basis. If a post is so flooded with spam that it would be easier to just remove it that to edit out the spam, well...
