@Dyluck I was close, but not close enough, I should've pressed more onto Psy than onto you, I would've potentially gotten Libby on board with voting Psy, but alas, that's in the past now. Looking forward to the next mafia game!

Ozzy, I think I overestimated you lol. I was like, Town Ozzy would give us more than just sus-back on Libby, and "I'm paranoid about Shinan" and "I'm paranoid about Eggbertx"! lol

You absolutely overestimated me, when you talked about Psy and me not realizing it was mylo/lylo whatever with only 7 players, I chuckled to myself. I rarely put any thought into that kind of stuff until we're in said situation xD
The only thing I have going for me is that I usually come up with the most bizarre theories that end up serving as cornerstones for valid theories. I was the only one that offered up the idea that scum withheld the kill on night 1 for example, and it turned out to be true XD
Yeah, no kill night 1 was unexpected. I thought for sure they hit me at first, and I was thinking: Welp, there's 2 votes I'm never gonna get.

Btw Emily, what even is the point of the priest role?
The point of Priest is to make you look even more sus, as a "child fiddler", as Shinan said.
While the point of Private Eye is to make people think you have divine powers of prophecy.

The existence of an additional town role that wasn't particularly useful or tremendously bad was specifically for balancing the Private Eye. At 9 players, I wanted three roles that came up as "vanilla", one for each faction, but I didn't really want to mess with the overall balance much more.
For why Priest in particular, remember that game that Muffle ran? Where I claimed Priest and it went really badly? I picked Priest as the "almost vanilla but the Private Eye will be likely to think they are not mafia" role as a little joke based on that.
I kind of think this was a bad idea in retrospect, after the game started I was a bit worried there would be metagaming based on that. Fortunately it actually didn't happen (probably because no one remembered), so at least I was saved from ruining the game in that way.

The funny thing is I protected you the first night meaning that when no night kill came up (and you were not attacked) I was going to (had I survived another day) push for lynching you claiming I "knew" you at least weren't the joker :D
