THE SCREENSHOT TOPIC RETURNS

I'm actually fine with it but the drama with the Christian father would feel kinda forced and stereotypical, in my opinion.
The interior screenshots are fine, however I would add some more furniture and reduce the size of the maps.

I also have this two-part preview of DFR I meant to post when I first made it. Oops. I'm going to assume we can still post videos here, right? I hope so. =B

Sigh... using gay people as something with which you try to draw players...
I miss the days when it was only graphics that drew in players.
author=alteregoauthor=AveeHere you go. It's not 'complete' yet, but you can make your own additions to it, if you want. =P
I would love to get this tileset.

I may have some use for this. Thanks.

Abit too much?, though the father himself won't be a majorly well planned character, he's just there for show at the start. Maybe I won't mention he's a Christian at all, so to speak. Though his words speak that he is. Well, he won't last long then. He's just a misunderstood character, and only wants to protect his daughter from what he thinks is wrong.
I meant not to cause any offense though. There's only two lesbian characters and a one gay character. I'm sure maybe I could change around not to let them be over stereotypical, and just be there as people who love one another, romance. Hmm, I could just not mention a character is gay anyway, only the two main female characters at the start who are talking in the intro....
I actually truly, don't know what I'm doing, but I'll figure it out. There's another character whose named Ladye,
which of course he hates, and doesn't want to think he's being forced into a gay stereotype. He's, a grand knight of the Pun Kingdom, whom, is being jerked around for having a girl's name.
Not so serious game, but it kind of is. Even the random encountered enemies won't have names that aren't taken serious.
I just wanted to make a game that won't be all drama.
Pretty cool logo there! The design in the background reminds me of the WoW horde emblem, even though it's not strikingly similar in many ways.
Interesting!
I have been getting a lot better at doing things like this.
Though I suppose this should go to the Whatchu workin on topic.
Another.

A new warrior has joined your party but the minions of hell have grown stronger!
Probably the best use of that I ever seen, simple but elegant. You proved me wrong that VX can create beauty.

That's right, we need more screenshots.

Amazing, never imagined one could make a Third-person Shooter with rpgmaker, remarkably good!
Fixed.
@ Chana and Avee: Thanks! Yeah it's a third person as Avee pointed out but you can actually do an fps in 2k3 if you're clever and patient. Though it's a lot easier in xp and vx =]
The Clan of Magnalada, sexual themes, coarse language, gender confusion,
and religious undertones. Not really. Not sure if srs.
6 characters in the prolouge, One character goes MIA for awhile.
Oops, not what cha workin on thread...but I might scoop a screenshot here very
soon.

Yeah, that water sprite might be a grammar nazi too.

@benos: That face looks bad. The map is sort of empty, to say the least. And things that should be capitalized... well... aren't. But it's not too bad. It has potential.
Well it's only bad because it's got transparency issues properly or I need to edit out the white. But when I do, in paint net or whatever program people use, it sometimes screws it up my putting color all over it's face. It would properly happen to the same facesets that were found with it on a website.
I could easily just replace the facesets with the generator ones.
The map is just part of the start map, and the characters you also start with aren't the main playable characters, so they won't needed to progress on at any moment.
But I will end up putting things on the walls anyway to make it look pretty. Besides it's ruins, they are mostly empty, until a monster pops out.

LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Ruins aren't actually any emptier than modern buildings, the people living and working in them are just a lot deader.
What was the building before it was ruined?
