I like Very Pink Game a whole lot for all of the effort put into making it adorable and succinct as possible

It's a popular 4-star game with 100k+ downloads. I've featured games for less.
That's precisely why it doesn't need featured. It's had its time in the spotlight. It's practically burned into everyone's retinas by now.
I'll stow it away with Heartache 101 for a rainy day/month.

The only games from kentona's list I can vouch for are HS and Enelysion. It would be fitting for the latter one to be featured, know that #2 has been announced. HS will have plenty of more chances to be featured, once a new Chapter is released.

What about Rust and Blood or Suzy and freedom?
Yeah, I actually wouldn’t mind one of the All Hallows’ Eve contest games to get featured, especially Suzy And Freedom or Rust And Blood. Since it won the contest - why not reward that shit.
If not, um…wow, tough call. Um…you know what, screw it; Pom Gets Wi-Fi. Yeah, yeah, I know, beating a dead horse, but I think it’s finally time. Over 100,000+ downloads and still going strong – very, very impressive. Not only that but it’s an incredible game and introduced a lot of lurkers to the wonderful world of RMN that only helped the site get a lot more exposure but everyone else here too. Homework Salesman would have probably been my other choice, but it’s still technically classified as a demo, so not quite yet.
A Very Pink Game is all right too, but I would like think it’s not quite, you know, sexy enough to be picked. I’m not saying it doesn’t deserve it but it feels like those other ones on the list should probably get it over it.
So, in other words, Rust And Blood, Pom Gets Wi-Fi or Suzy And Freedom are my choices in that particular order.

the reason people won't shut up about it is because in their mind their amazing magnum opus should be getting that attention instead. you'd only make it worse by featuring it.

It gets mentioned again and again because it keeps appearing as an option for feature again and again. I've already expressed that I'm not in favor of this, but there are yet others who don't agree.
The only reason, I emphasize, the ONLY REASON the game is popular is because the number one channel on YouTube did a Let's Play of it. When you have over 16.5 million subscribers who all have brains the size of the game's protagonist, of course it's going to get ridiculous amounts of attention. Whether it deserves it isn't the question. We feature games so that good ones can get more exposure. Pom does not need that.
