This may be subject to change, as it was pretty much determined before signups; that's why I'm putting it in a blog. Feel free to comment on the layout, though I already tried to make it as balanced as possible.

Chapter 1
Characters: Deckiller (Infiltrator), ???? (Medic), Chaos (Vigilante), Mitsuhide (Summoner)

Chapter 2
Characters: Kentona (Blue Mage), ???? (Monk), Edchuy (Engineer), Dezz (Archmage)

Chapter 3
Characters: Solitayre (Bard), Laharl (Paladin), ???? (Ranger), VideoWizard (Time Mage)

Chapter 4
Characters: Linkforce (Magic Swordsman), Orpheus (Alchemist), Savage (Freelancer), ???? (Priest)

How are you having the summons...? As in, how do you intend they will be like, a quick show up, attack and leave or turn up and stay...?

Most likely a mix of both. Most will be of the show-up-and-do-something-cool variety, but I want to incorporate a few "morph" summons as well.
