May I ask you a question? I'm kinda curious. I gotta sleep so I won't be able to end Fergus episode, but I saw a savegame with that cute wizard, will we be able to play with her as protagonist the entire game too? or it'll be only Fergus? I'd love if we could choose her too. ):
I know you said that the 'protagonistS' were the 4 of them, but we'll be able to choose who? with a different storyline or something like that? just curious.
And just two points:
- Can you add something like a hp bar in fights or the amount of damage done/received? I just lost to the black cape guy cause i didn't know how many hp i had left. (Yeah, I didn't had the idea to look in the Menu :/)
- The doors at the castle are fine, but when you enter a room they're a little messed up, with a fence inside the room and it's troublesome to get out >:
So far the story is fine and crazy too, I'm expecting something cool out of this. :)

Each of the protagonists have their own intro episode (except Gulliver, who tags along with Haddy), and then you will be able to switch between party members throughout the game at save points. Episode 1 features Fergus, episode 2 features Haddy and Gulliver, and episode 3 features Midard. They'll meet up in episode 4.
Actually, I'm having some major problems with the graphics (Windows 7) that has prevented me time and again from being able to implement the HP bar, which is probably the biggest reason why I'm planning on abandoning the custom battle system altogether :(
I'll check out the castle doors and make touch it up for the next release.
Anyways, thanks for the feedback and I hope the boss battle hasn't discouraged you too much. I realized it would be a problem for many people and I'm sure when I switch over to the default battles it won't be a problem anymore.

Ok, right now I'm in Haddy's episode, but it seems I'm stuck right after leaving the town.
I learned 2 spells and is only possible to enter one cave, that have it's path blocked by two giant plants.. and there is a cave up ahead in the world map too, but when i try to go there nothing happens and I continue in the world map.. :~
Edit: there is a cave to the left too, but it's path is blocked by trees.

Okay, found the problem. I'll message you with an answer on how to get past that part without downloading the new version that I'm going to upload.
