Ah, I discovered a glitch where the very first monster chases you.
If you talk to the magic circles, the monster goes right past you,
and the game is not progressable from that point.
His move route is set and I'm not sure how to fix it since if I change his move type to approach then he glitches and doesn't move right QoQ
Oh wait... I could just make it that you can't interact with the circles .3.

Hmm, is the screen supposed to go completely dark when you run from that ghost thing in the beginning?
It isn't meant to be darker, the game's meant to be the same darkness until you get to the house :/
Maybe it's a glitch, but once of my friends played it and they didn't mention anything like that .-.

I kept running off the path and dying in the beginning.
Is the grass poisonous or something?
There's a monster in the grass, but it can't leave the grass. When you walk in the grass it eats your face .3.

Room 3: Use the right mirror
Room 4: Get the Small Knife from the chest, then use the only mirror in the room and then exit

There will be quite a few cringe worthy jokes such as this one throughout the game... I dunno why but I always imagined Ariette to be the kind of person who still manages to be sarcastic even when a lot of crazy stuff has happened to her :I
