I'm not sure what's causing that... you are actually the first of 2 thousand players who has this problem... Mouse controls seem to work, cause you managed to play that far.
I assume you already tried that, but leave the map not on the street but on the way. The middle is not accessible...
Other than that... I fear I can't help you... maybe try to disable all unnecessary background programs...

I suppose I have no choice but to uninstall/delete. I'm windows 10 if that helps to narrow down the problem. Red Haze has been having quite a few problems related to operating system and certain versions of rpgmaker.

After getting through the "made up maze" and to the basement looking area where the parents are moved to, the game gets stuck. The conversation with the two characters proceeds as normal, but as soon as it ends you're stuck. The game won't respond to any keys and you can't move.

I can't leave the first street at the very beginning. I got the game, the friend left, and then the guide says to exit south, but I can't. I tried in the middle south end, the blue lit up arrow spots, nothing. I even tried reinstalling the whole game.

The bookshelves are in the same order as the projects (look at the colored dots and the fencing up on the walls) and each have numbers in the text, put the numbers in the right order to get the code : D Thank you for playing!
Hi! Me and a friend of mine started to play project4, and we really enjoyed it! However, we got stuck in the beginning of the project4 area where you need to put a password, could you give a tip on how to get the password??
Okay, I did that. I is not working. 00120 are numbers mentioned. I put them in order and even changed it a bunch of times. Nothing works.
