Why (God Why) so many medieval fantasy games and so little of anything else?
Over the course of the past 5 years I think I've played about 15 gigs of RPGMaker games.
And I'd say that Sci-Fi games were actually probably the most common type.
I'm sick of RPGMaker games now, though, I don't play them anymore, except for a few random gems.
Also, I've been meaning to play Barkley, but I haven't gotten around to it yet...

- Do not jump to one's death.
- Place sandbags into basket of balloon
- Take a piss
- If the urine lands upon someone, make fun of them
- Check basket for pants
- If pants are found, check to make sure they're not too big/small/effeminate
- If pants are not too big/small/homo, equip pants
- Wonder why you're being so thorough about a text-based game
- Dismiss the crazy notion that this is all just a text-based game on some forum for some website specializing in indy role-playing games.

2-3 years ago when I first heard of it, and saw the preview, I was pretty interested. Now, I think it's crap terrible. The realistic graphics were great, what they have now is crap, along with some other stuff that is crap. Crap crap crap. Crap.

Well. I have never even touched the concept of a medieval fantasy game. Infact, all my games are... modern.
