By tags i mean ID3 tags for use in Winamp/Foobar2000, etc., i don't think the songs in the game folder are tagged.

Is the content in the Mystia Slums mostly translated outside of the area entrance on the world map? Just curious, I don't know any Italian so I'm trying to avoid untranslated areas right now.

Just as a heads up, when you get to Faluhd Checkpoint, don't walk to the middle of the soldiers then talk to them from the side. The game softlocks.

Nope, stuff like New Vegas and other things work just fine. I tried cleaning the computer up (luckily no ASUS trashware since i reinstalled W10 in August or so of last year) and RPG Maker games are still working slowly most of the time with the exception of like menus and stuff.

I'm on an ASUS X401U with an AMD dual-core processor rated at about 1.7GHz, some variety of integrated graphics I don't know offhand what specifically it is, and 4 GB of RAM. Any RPG Maker game I try to play that is made in XP and later (XP, VX, VX Ace, I don't play anything in MV atm) has frame drops and whatnot regularly with the exception of things in that open source engine LISA: The Painful/Joyful uses as a main/alternate engine. Examples of games running like dooky: Tales of the Drunken Paladin, Pokemon Insurgence, Capella's Promise, etc. Pretty much anything I try to run, really
I have another spare computer (a Dell Vostro 1500) which doesn't have this issue at all with any RPG Maker games at all. Even events-intensive ones. Is there anything I can do at all to get the ASUS to run these games as well as the Vostro since the Vostro is packed up right now? Both comps are on Windows 10.
