[MAFIA] Chrono Trigger - A Mafia Through Time - Game Over
That was fast!
During my catchup this morning I started suspecting Cave for making that case. Oh, sillly me. You're too good for us, Cave.
Muffle's d2 wall of reads was godly too.
Definitely a townsided game and scum had a rough day 1 too. Combination of the two got LockeZ in an uneasy situation.
I wondered what these were. I loved how thematic this game was and how much effort you put in unique mechanics (time travel, mana, elements), but I think the setup is mechanically solvable by actions if not claims. Anyway I think it would be great to use some of these mechanics again. Also, I wouldn't reveal resurrected players if I were you. It made Fomar's role more powerful then necessary.
I think a link to mafiascum wiki would be a sufficient guidance for new players.
And thanks for hosting the game!

None of you even commented on the HeroForge figurines. Those took a lot of work to get the poses right, you know... :(
I should also add a list of commonly used terms in the basic roles and rules for new players, because there's a lot of jargon in these games.

But if Muffle/Magus is scum, or if one or more characters don't exist as a player role, then we could still potentially lose even if scum has no powers left to use. So I don't think I'm in "stop caring about the game because we automatically win" mode just yet. Though I'm closer than is comfortable.
Hm, i think it was Jero's game with three half doctors. So, towny looking powers don't necessary need to be town.

Yeah, if princess slanks like this, there's no reason to keep her alive as a newbie and possibly mislynching her isn't as harsh.

Your low activity d1 is not a problem for me. It's that we arrived at some conclusions based on the last 50 minutes or so of the day. These might be wrong.
It's more about you being full on defensive and feeding us with reasons you're not scum over doing things t find who scum is.

Cave narrowed it down to LockeZ and maybe Demonlord pretty fast. Obviously, reason for him to discard Princess and Muffle are bad, but the truth is that only one of them could be with him unless some real brain breaking shenanigans.
LockeZ came to me as analytical player trying to solve the game. I will take a closer look at some of his posts later. From some perspectives he's a cornered wolf, but his posting looks better than that.
Muffle's claim together with Demon's is a spicy affair. Muffle's use of her stronger action on Fomar makes her look townier.
I think it's always between LockeZ and Princess today. If they both have good claims, we can take a look at Cave too.

Lizard would be a nasty mislynch as it can be an ugly experience to get heat in your first game. She proved that she knows the ropes from in person social deduction games, tho. Her behaviour isn't the best in this regard as she never really got around to make proper reads yesterday. It's interesting that she was focused on Muffle in her interactions.
LockeZ - He tried to pile up on me early on, sometimes was harsher than necessary (I wouldn't mention it but it's a way to make others overlook other flaws of a ridiculous post) and was little too fast to call odd's claim real. It also looked like he didn't really cared what was happening between his posts but I'm stretching it into wifom territory a lot.
Muffle - I loved her entrance, but it also made suspicious of her as it appealed to emotion in a bombastic way. I think one thing in her favour is voting odd together with Emily. Today she overreacted a little and claimed doctor really fast. That should give her a pass and time to prove her innocence (or guilt).

I'm not willing to vote for fomar, cap, oldpat, or demonlord, who were all around to vote swap to AE vs either pretend they weren't around or go for cap. cavedog I can't write off because despite hammering he did it when Odd was around and ready to hammer. (but odd still could've wandered off, so, cave's probably clear too anyway). I'm not willing to vote for Muffle today either now unless Fomar is suspicious of her (in which case I'm totally willing).
This leaves LockeZ and lizardman.
