Too crowded/convoluted?
Trying to figure out how to get this info there while keeping it aesthetically pleasing. Not really happy about the whole "Affected by" stack hanging there.

Finally got around to implementing the Steal skill. You activate it in a submenu and it will highlight the possible targets (only NPCs who actually have something you can steal). Then when you try to "talk" to them it will instead open the Steal window where it shows you the items and your success chance. Failure will usually set your reputation with that NPC to 0.
Colors in the gif are a bit screwed up, but you get the idea.

Not sure what you mean by pages, it's mana regen per second.
I was making a joke because it actually says "Manga".

Thanks for the feedback. I've updated the screen using your advice:
So the Manga Regen, is that measured in pages?

I have finished my 11 1/2 year old game! Well, I say "finish", but really, I just finish the main game itself, so it CAN be played from start to finish 100%. I just need to polish things up (some things I'm debating on)
I've been following your posts in this thread for what feels like years, always fascinated by the depth of your mechanics and general scope of your game. Congrats.

More progress on the cave/forest hybrid dungeon.
Awesome concept and execution, but you might wanna tone down the light effects a little bit. Also the light source at the top of the image (daylight from outside?) clashes pretty hard with the torches. Maybe remove the two torches on top? Or remove the light they give off.

Some quick tile-set improvisation. I'm not too happy with this one, but I feel like showing it anyway, just in case there's something I didn't think of. I do enjoy playing around with odd-ish color combinations, though.
Looks very cool, like an old-school DOS game. The tileset kinda reminds me of a non-isometric Ultima.
