vantage master 2 rips as battlers? cool to know that you have played that game... I never seen anyone used this as rips before. I'm intrigued about this project still, so I'll give this game a shot when you release it.
Spyware Removal

HijackThis! has been my weapon of choice any time this happens. It also helps to have a good idea what to look for.
What I do is runa HijackThis! scan, browse Google for the things it finds, and check off to remove the offending items. Then, I restart the computer in safe mode, run HijackThis! again, and again clean similar items. This usually is able to clear away any of those bad spyware programs that will reside in your memory and undo any changes you make while in Normal mode. Then, run your fave spyware program back in Normal mode to finally, hopefully, get rid of the bad stuff for good.
Combofix= Hijackthis without having to do it manually.

Hrm. Well, it instructs you on the ComboFix website to post a log on one of the forums they supply and let someone help you with it. Is this advised? Or did anyone here who used ComboFix do this?
Forget about posting logs, just download the program. Follow the prompts and don't worry about anything else... that's if you want a super proffesional tech stuff done to your pc. Trust me, just download and execute.
Spyware Removal
I seriously don't understand how you guys manage to get rid of spyware with the spybot S&D, that program sucks. Use malwarebytes anti-malware, and for viruses AVG antivirus... both of them are FREE. Give it a try, also www.google.com, type Combofix download, and download and execute that program first... it is like hijackthis but automatically. After this, you're computer is 95% guaranteed to be clean. Trust me, I use this all the time, even when my computer get's ridiculously infected.
Release Something! Day VI - Discussion Thread
Guys finally, I updated the game page, here is the Soldier's Quest proper RSDVI demo link: *removed* I don't mean to advertise, but I'll say it here as in terms of discussion, for those who downloaded the shitty buggy update on the 20th.
Now, I plan to play Hero's Realm, and the rest of the games soon enough, since I have a lot of time in my hands now.
EDIT: I have played some of Geondun. I'm probably going to be writing an official preview of that as well.
EDIT 2: Played the Blob game... oh jeeez, my eyes hurt.
short opinions about the game:
I didn't dig this game at all, in the first place this isn't my type of game. Second, I couldn't read the text clearly cause of the hardcore over-ms.paint-saturation on it. Basically the game consists in making sponges to jump to places. The game is really, and I mean really really slow (I'm sure it's not my computer... I can run a lot of VX/XP games just fine)... it didn't interest me at all. But still check it out, it might be something you could enjoy if you dig these type of Gamemaker games.

That all sounds great but a little ambitious for one person. I hope you don't get jitters and cancel this though.
Oh, I won't cancel them... I already started doing two of the engines... so this is official news. I have updated the game page on RMN's main site, check and read the blogs those of you interested... I am a little lazy to update this thread today, plus I have to fix a lot of info in here, here's the patch uploaded in mediafire.com, if you were planning on commenting about the RSDVI release, now it's working perfectly:

RM2003: Animated Monsters
author=Antilurker77 link=topic=3387.msg67606#msg67606 date=1237837700
Hey, I was wondering if there was a way to get animated monsters in battle, because there is a point in my game where a character betrays the hero and has to fight him.
It is possible, through a custom battle system, or even the default battle system... I haven't really tried much of doing that, but it's something I have theories for... I have seen people do this before, maybe they can give you a hint.

I'm glad people are enjoying Hero's Realm and Generica, but I have to say that Ascendence seems like the "winner" of RS!Day VI! It has really struck a chord with the memberbase here.
Congrats to everyone who participated, and thanks for the reviews so far! You guys rock.
I'm yet to play your game kentona... so since it's a complete game, I will review that as well.
On regards Soldier's Quest patch, I'm not done with it, please don't bother playing the game now until I complete the patch... the game crashes, I'm working on it right now, I'll let you know for those interested in giving information and thoughts about the game as soon as I upload the patch. I'm halfway done with it btw.
Have you ever cried for someone?

I get tired of ubermales, jocks, and tough guys who think crying is for the weak, or it makes you seem too "feminine". Yeah, being an emotionless rock when something bad happens is totally the epitome of manliness! :D :D :D
::)
Yeah, I agree... there are many stereotypes coming from these crowds, although some of them mean this as joking, it is something that can't be avoided... just like laughing, and I'm sure a lot of them do a lot of that towards people they dislike.
