Kars: Whoa, I so much prefer that version for Glacier Woman :D (suppose it is a new Glacier Woman design) will sprite it soon XD
Asal: Looks neat, though the legs could be more reploid-ish XD
Suzu: No worries, Megaman 1 is really hard IMO. If you want to beat at least one MM, try MM2 starting with Air-man or Metal-man :) But either way, for some reason it is rare to see girls having patience with Megaman, my gf tried MM8 and X3 but she gave up on the intro stage :P (And she loves pratformers)

Asal: Nuclear contamination can be just a threat too, someone could even use plain medieval RTP and say that a thousand years ago there was nuclear contamination and the world downgraded technologically or whatever :P But I dunno what the hell I will do. If anything I will go Wizardry style: all text with some images on the background YAY!

Design a MegaMan Robot Master!
Stage: Neon Lights City - A city at night full of neon lights flashing all over the place in lots of colors, but mainly pink. Buildings can be seen on the background flashing with neon decorations and rings, then the stage goes inside a huge building. Enemies would be lightbugs, small bipedal laser cannons, bats and others.
Boss room: A powerroom inside a large building with a lot of tubes filled with neon lights.
Boss:
Neon-Woman
Function: Deception master robot
Weapons:
Ring Laser: A blight pink energy ring, does some good damage..
Neon Flash: Dances and creates a pink flash which stuns Megaman.
Weakness: Energy draining or heat weapons
Get Weapon: Neon Flash - Megaman casts a pink flash on the screen that stuns all enemies and stops physical projectiles.
Colors: Pinkish red (helmet, boots, gloves), blight pink (shirt, legs)

Just that I have no idea on how he fights because what you described could do anything :P Define at least 3 attacks for his dice rolls :P
