I seriously need to get back to writing reviews since that thing happened, and this is just the kind of event I need to get motivated. I'm not even that concerned about getting free games, I'm really just in for the achievements (but games are welcome, too). I've also Spread the News on my Facebook page encouraging my friends to register here to help out the website and post some reviews.

Alternately, if you wanted to get really creative, you could have a picture appear at the base of the pool that starts transparent then becomes opaque and then move it up until it looks like the pool is filled. You'll also need a picture for the section of the map below the pool over the picture of the water so that the illusion that it's actually filling is complete. Then you turn on a switch that changes the graphic event of the area around the pool to the same as a water graphic.

This is, of course, if you don't mind the surface of the water looking still.

You don't even necessarily need a switch, just a conditional branch tree that checks to see if such an item is equipped with a certain hero and change the graphics to reflect this. I'd still do as BadLuck says and use the Wait 0.0 at the start to reduce lag (if you're worried about that sort of thing).

Alternately, you could set a new common event for every item you have (nobody will ever see it, anyway) and whenever that item's switch is referenced, have it turn off the switches of every other item. To have it turn the item off if you use it again, start the event with a conditional branch to see if a switch you set to be on during the first time the item was used is on. If so, turn it off and end the event.

Well, the way it was explained, whenever you see a repetition of words, like "to me to me to me" or "i i i i i", it's a count. They're bartering for a certain amount. Alice is asking for a specific amount of balls in exchange for something that Bob is asking for.

It's only a matter of time before we leave baby-making up to the machines.

What I'm waiting for is the experiment where they leave an art robot in a room with numerous pictures on the wall and it decides what to reproduce on paper and it chooses the heart. Imagine the clickbait title.
