Hm, I'll use the first and second ones. More capability of expression the better. The third one, while I can see that you altered the eyebrows, is not noticably different enough from say the unfriendly image.

I simply want the character to have a "surprised" expression, similar to Miki's surprise expression. The thing is: The character 27 is precisely what I want.
So, put simply: I want a surprised tachie, and only a surprised tachie. Not a reworked tachie-set.

Uh-huh. So you can change it, but you can't, at the same time, somehow, and also you don't want the hair color, yet don't want to recolor it either. Now it all makes perfect sense.
Anyway, give me a few hours. Do you want the exact same eyes as Miki's tachie's, or are you fine with a less wide one? I felt like her eyes and mouth shouldn't open all the way even when startled, what with her "I'm so baked" look on the rest of the images.

The thing is I don't want it from scratch if that can be avoided; I'd like it to be edited from Character 27 on flowerthief's post here. I would like it to be essentially a "surprised" tachie for that character.
I can do that, too(I have the half-finished suprised tachie at hand, in fact), but it's much easier to do it from scratch if you want other changes. Messing a single part is one thing, recoloring is also quite easy, but completely reshaping the char when you could just use the base material is a waste of time. Also, Meiga will probably take offense.

Tell us what else would you like to change, and then we will decide if we rework the current pictures one by one or use the template.

Wait, so you don't like the design to begin with? Then in retrospect I shouldn't have started granting your request just yet...

How do I get the heartache counter up? I went on a date with Miki and it went up once but the heart dissapeared after.
And that's good for you. See, when the heartache counter fills up, it means you disappointed the girl("broke her heart", so to say). Up until now it only happened if you neglected to visit or call her; in a recent update, the counter can be filled with a story command, though that haven't been used in custom content, to my knowledge. Taking care of user-made routes along with the ocassional community support is what I do here, btw. Built-ins are entirely are entirely flowerthief's handiwork, as he said.

Just because MY OPINION is that I find it kinda lame when 90% of dating sims/visual novels on the internet end with ''I love you'' doesn't mean I hate the game.

Saying something is 'just your opinion' or the fact you didn't mean to offend doesn't make you less offensive. Your so called opinion no less undignified than my sarcasm, a lot less than your boringly vulgar style of speech, worthless as a critique, and demeans both our work and the value of love between children, among which some have no business in each other's pants yet for up to half a decade. Come back with a valid point and a functioning moral compass. After that, we can discuss each other's table manners.
