The game often closes saying "cannot open file" right in the middle of the game. So can't play it past the subway train tunnel.

I don't get what I should do in town in the beginning of a game. I talked to everyone visited all houses, spent night in the inn, bought equipment, tried exiting town and they won't let me do it. Say that I need to stay cuz my help needed. PLZ HELP =/
