VERY weird problem
VERY weird problem
I have encountered a very strange problem. You see, i have blocks in my map I can push. I use RMVX and create a conditional branch that acts when the player faces left. it pushes the crate left by aa move route and the player takes a left step by a move route. so far so good, because that works.
BUT...
the engine does not update the sprite. that means the sprite stays in the old place while the entity moves. i know it mvoes because i can walk where it was and cant walk where it is now, but the sprite stays in place.
furthermore, this only happens to SOME sprites, not to all. even stranger, the ones that DO work have the SAME action, i only changed moving direction.
i checked all maps and tiles, even activated through to test it, no change. strange.

Estonia - Country in northern Europe
Pulus - Greek Dictionary of Flora and Fauna
But you are right, it does sound similar. And I know the name since I am a fan of lufia. Fun fact is, the story that originaly had me use that name is not in the game anymore. it will instead be told as a seperte story, a spinoff of sorts named Bahamut. Funny how things change over development, but nice catch :)
