Hello. I am new here and i have a question :)
i already tried that. the result was that once i stepped on one tile, they all crumbeled at the same time. similar to what happens with global switches and variables btw :(

Thank you, but the problem is when i use regular switches or variables, all tiles change at the same time. and when i use one variable for each tile, i would need to use dozens, almost hundrets of variables...

Hello there,
I am working with RPG Maker VX for a while now and usually when i have a problem, I consult google. Most of the time I find my answers, but I am stuck right now.
Its probably nothing complicated, but I am working on this for hours no and the results are blargh.
So here goes nothing:
I need a floor that crumbles once you step on it. The thing is, I made that work. piece of cake actually. Create an event, apply floor graphic, set player touch flag and then self switch A to on. New Tab, activate with self switch A and player touch, crumbeled graphic, once player steps on it remove graphic and set player to a new location. works good so far.
now i need to reset the whole thing and here is where it gets tricky.
i have dozens of those crumbling floors in my map. and when i reset them, i cants eem to get it right. either i just reset ONE or i reset them all but then they break all at the same time when I step on one tile.
all i would need though is that the whole map resets. It is probably completely simple but i am so oblivious right now, ive spetn hours on this and i cant get it right.
so that is me problem.
help me please^^
