Is there a way to disable the font autoinstaller? Because I've installed the fonts and it still throws the error. I've tried running the game as administrator and it opens up but just hangs, never actually starts. I left it alone for about fifteen minutes before just force-crashing it.
Just wanted to go back and play through this awesome game again, but cannot get it to work.
Edit: Nevermind, got it to work with compatibility settings, and without administrator.

A surprise announcement
I would definitely love to see a sequel. I've suggested Enelysion to many of my friends as a game to play over a number of the commercial RPG Maker games available. Really looking forward to seeing you complete Tristian as well. You do amazing work, and it's a shame you didn't win, I definitely think you deserved Game of the Year.

Tales of Arcadia

Downloaded this game and it sure looked like it was going to be fun :(
After the dastardly soldiers were destroyed and the old bearded warrior saved the Innkeeper then joined the goodguys.....the screen went BLACK.
Is that the end of the demo.... or just my end :)
I just read the blog post immediately after posting this comment and saw the answers to most of the questions I just asked. It's a shame that this was cancelled. Was looking forward to seeing what you were going to do with it. Good luck with your new game, and invest in some good virus protection, hahah. Definitely post a link to it here when you've made some progress, I'd like to check it out.
No good deed goes unpunished
Two gigabytes per month? That's an insane cap. I use more than that on my phone, much less on my regular internet usage. I'm sorry you're having to go through all that trouble. Applying a patch to an RPG Maker game really isn't all that difficult, so I don't know why people wouldn't do it. Good luck with all your future projects. This one may have taken a lot of time out of your life, but it shows. It's an amazing game. I've actually recommended it to people over some of the commercially available RPG Maker games.
Tales of Arcadia
Okay, I just finished playing through the new demo, or at least up to a point where I cannot go any further.
Bugs/Issues:
Gertrude's quest to slay the rats in her basement, when you go down into the basement nothing happens. I walked around to all the spots in it, checked everything and nothing happened.
In Lance and Martin's home, the shining spot on the bookcase can apparently be clicked infinitely and it will keep popping up that "HP Potion" was found and adding an item called "FOODS" to your inventory.
After Bearclaw says he'll join you, the screen fades to black and nothing else happens. This could be an issue or it could just be the end of the demo, I'm not sure.

I'd say the game is okay at this point, there's nothing that has me hooked to it at this point as far as the story goes, nor do I really feel any deep attachment to the characters yet, but this isn't exactly all that far into the game I am guessing either. Good luck, I look forward to seeing this project continued.

Subscribed to this game a while back because it sounded interesting, just saw a notice about a blog post and was hoping it would be something about a demo, hahah. Glad you're still working on the game though, good luck with it and I look forward to playing it.

How Do You Down Load It They Never Let Me I Download It And It Will Extract It And Then It Won't Let Me Play It. :( It Exits The Thing Out It Just Disappears.
Assuming you don't change anything after it extracts, just go to your downloads folder and find the folder named ADC. Go into that folder and run the Game.exe file. If you have any other issues just let me know.
