Spyro is that you?! New Spyro

It's Spyro of Duty: Moder Dragonfare 2. I mean, this is activision, Activision now is not what they used to be long ago, they can't even really make adventure games now. I also notice most the optional characters also have fire attacks. So what the heck is the point of this whole project?

Hell, this looks like a early PS2 game. Spyro looks hidieous, and if the first design change reboot didn't work why do it again? I mean, I wish Universal (Or whatever they are now/Excluding Sierra) would actually take it back considering that a few of their game were actually good.

Oh, and I guess Hunter and Sparx don't exist since it looks like a fast attempt to throw Spyro in a game that was going to fail without putting "Spyro" in the sub titles.

Well Spyro, after a horrible reboot i never thought I would see THIS. I now can officially announce the death of Spyro. From the looks of it, there is nothing hey can do to kill him anymore. He is gone. But Crash is starting to look like his older self as sen in his Ipod games but Spyro, you had some good games. But I am afraid this is the end. *Sniff.* In the meantime, Insomniac still has Ratchet and Clank to play.

Rpg Maker VX/XP limit.

What are the Map limits for VX/XP? Such as how many tiles/Events/etcetera can be on the map before the game runs slowly and become unplayable? Because if you can make 500x500 size maps than there must be work arounds. Thanks in advance.

Wouldn't it be easier to have members that are on shown at the bottom like other Forums? Let's not forget the members list. I do think that we only need one of those however.

Caffeine? You have to think in terms of sugar. Red Bull would be first. There's only one side effect to sugar. Crashes. While pills can give you strokes, and coke, heck you can use coke to get rid of some rust off metal.

You can still make a wide free-roaming RPG like Oblivion with even just RPG Maker 2000. I've heard Rast actually encountered the 10,000 event limit issue with RPGM2000 on his own. Whether or not that was true, he liked making insanely huge maps full of things to encounter.

I was actually thinking of creating a sparse world system that would take one 500x500 map as a Perlin Noise plus algorithmic seed that would automatically each generate a 100x100 map of tiles from each single tile in the parent map. You could create child maps that use tile 0 for no change from the automap and anything else to add details of NPCs and buildings. It would load adjacent cells in memory and drop old ones so that you could have a map as huge as your hard drive would want to fit.

It would really be the RPG Maker 2003 equivalent of The Elder Scrolls.



The large game I am talking about is on Xp though, and I don't see away around the lag. I don't want a 400x400 size maps that don't habe nothing going on. It it possible to downgrade?
